At Wildflower Funeral Concepts, we believe that caring for one another is one of the most meaningful ways we can honor life. This November, we’re inviting our community to come together in that spirit of care and compassion through our Autumn Food Drive, benefitting the Ferndale Food Bank.

From November 1–30, you can drop off non-perishable food donations at Wildflower Funeral Concepts, located at 5706 4th Ave in Ferndale, Monday through Friday from 8 AM–4 PM.

If you can’t make it during those hours, give us a call at (360) 526-7829 to arrange a special drop-off time. We’re happy to help!

Every can, box, and bag makes a difference. Together, we can help ensure that local families have what they need to fill their tables and their hearts this season.

Items Most Needed

  • Canned fruits, vegetables, beans, soups, and chili

  • Peanut butter and jelly

  • Canned tuna, chicken, or salmon

  • Oatmeal or cereal

  • Dried rice or pasta (preferably whole grain)

  • Pasta sauce

  • Cooking oil

  • Dried fruit and nuts

The Ferndale Food Bank encourages donations that are low in saturated fat, sodium, and sugar whenever possible. From the Food Bank’s own mission statement: “Providing nutritious foods to our community fosters an environment of dignity and enables positive health outcomes.”

The Ferndale Food Bank also gratefully accepts financial donations at ferndalefoodbank.org/giving.

As a local business deeply rooted in this community, Wildflower is proud to support the work of the Ferndale Food Bank. Together, we can make sure no table goes empty this fall — because caring for one another is what community is all about. Pictured Below - The food drop off at Wildflower Funeral Concepts.
