Rest & Restore: Sound Bath Meditation Event At Wildflower
Offer yourself the gift of rest and the opportunity to practice self-care, and self-compassion.

Join Jennifer Martin for this restorative session, where she draws from the practices of meditation, gentle breathing practices, and crystal bowl sound healing to support the body to deeply rest. This deep rest is an invitation for us to travel inwards, exploring what is most meaningful to us, what no longer serves us, and action that is aligned with what is most important in life.
Please note that the doors will close at 2:15pm and no one will be admitted at that point.
Things to Keep in Mind:
🌼Space is limited to 15 participants
🌼If you wish to lie on the floor, please bring your own yoga mat, extra pillows & blankets, eye pillow, or anything else that will support your comfort during the meditation.
🌼We will be spending most of the time on the floor, sitting or lying down. There are chairs available for use if that posture is more comfortable for you.
🌼Many people like to make a comfortable bed or "nest" with a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye masks, bolsters, blocks, etc. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to check-in and prepare your space.
🌼Bring a water bottle. We have a water fountain available.
Cost: Suggested Donation of $10 per person to be collected at the event. Donate what you can, please do not let cost be a barrier to joining us. Venmo, Paypal, cash and check accepted.
